SUMMARY

Receives, records, and processes property owner, guest, outside contractor, renter and vacation rental information in manual and automated file systems and provides repressive vehicle patrol services.

 Candidates for this position may be required to perform the following duties:

- Screens and processes all incoming traffic.  Issues valid passes accordingly.

- Maintains information such as names, addresses, units/lots and street addresses for data records.

- Dispatches appropriate personnel to assist emergency services or for routine patrol activities.

- Dispatches orders and relays messages and special instructions to mobile units and other departments.

- Maintains records of daily Department activity.

- Keeps records of articles lost, found and claimed.

- Impounds loose dogs.  Releases or transports dogs according to previously established Department policy and Association Resolutions.

- Abides by all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines set forth in the Association’s Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Resolutions, Department manual, and Association Employee Handbook.

- Operates Association vehicles in accordance with the regulations set forth in the California Vehicle Code.  Reserves, coordinates and issues various recreational passes and registrations.  Collects fees as per current fee schedule.

- Periodically patrols buildings and grounds of facilities and common areas within the Association’s jurisdiction.

- Examines doors, windows, and gates of facility buildings to determine that they are secure.

- Writes and submits work orders for Association grounds, equipment and amenities.

- Cautions and/or cites violators of rule infractions, such as trespassing, illegal entry or carrying forbidden articles.  May be required to expel violators or notify law enforcement of suspicious or criminal activity.

- Functions as a Tuolumne County ‘Parking Enforcement Officer’ for the purpose of issuing citations for violations of Pine Mountain Lake parking ordinances.

- Writes and issues Courtesy Notices for violations related to the Association’s governing documents and Resolutions.

- Inspects machinery and equipment to ascertain if tampering or damage has occurred.

- Observes and reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and security doors left unlocked.

- Sounds alarm or contacts emergency services in case of fire, theft or medical emergency.

- Records data such as property damage, crimes, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of gates or equipment, and writes corresponding reports for distribution and use by the Association.

- Receives and responds to calls for service and/or violations.

- Prepares reports for referral to the Director of Safety when enforcement proceedings are necessary.

- Performs safety and equipment checks of various amenities on a daily basis.

- Retrieves and delivers Association bank deposits

- Regular, punctual attendance required.

- Other duties may be assigned.

Salary: $19.80-$20.59 per hour

Full-time Janitorial   Ref #82-41

SUMMARY
Provides daily janitorial care of Pine Mountain Lake Associations buildings and amenities.

Candidates for this position may be required to perform the following duties:

- General cleaning of buildings and keeping them maintained and in good condition.
- Ability to use basic cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, brooms, and mops.
- Capable of vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
- Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
- Ensure doors are locked after hours.
- Collect and properly dispose of trash.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Notify supervisors of potential unsafe conditions.
- Replace air filters.
- Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners.
- Knowledge of various chemicals and when to use them.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Available to work various hours or shifts such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular, punctual attendance required.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Bartender  Ref #61-106

SUMMARY
Provides excellent customer service to patrons by serving beer, wine, liquor, soft drinks and food
from the bar. Accurately places orders for drinks and food. Greets and serves patrons liquor, beer,
wine and soft drinks as well as food from The Grill.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Provides great guest experience bar patrons by being professional courteous.
- Recommends to Bar Manager remedial actions for reported unusable, slow moving, and
excess stock.
- Reviews and enforces compliance with established procedures, including Alcohol Beverage
Control policies and responsible Beverage Service program implementation.
- Maintains harmony and atmosphere in lounge area.
- Serves, mixes or prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and limited food services to
patrons.
- May include cocktailing services to Dining Room.
- Responsible for accurate cash bank and accurate daily deposit.
- Leaves bar and back-bar area clean and stocked for next shift. Ensures that only bartenders
and management are allowed behind bar and in liquor room.
- Stocks bar and pours at special events and catered functions.
- Follows opening and closing procedures provided for all bar staff.
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular, punctual attendance required
- Other duties may be assigned.
Salary: $16.00 per hour plus tips

- Sets and resets dining tables with appropriate linens.
- Removes empty plates, flatware, and bar glassware after each completed course.
- Folds napkins, cleans wait station, and replenishes supplies throughout the shift.

outdoor patio.
