Assist the Chef and Sous Chef at “The Grill” in preparation and cooking of meals. Stock and clean pantry, walk-in freezer, refrigerator, and reach-in cold boxes. Stone and oil grill and empties grease trays daily.
Clean and sanitize work areas daily. Restock and set-up for next shift.
Maintain health, safety and sanitation codes and guidelines in kitchen area.

Perform other duties in kitchen, such as dishwashing, when needed.  Other duties may be assigned as needed.
