The ECC Rules, Guidelines and Construction Standards booklet is the handbook for all improvements in Pine Mountain Lake.
Any improvement to your home or lot must have review and approval by the Environmental Control Committee prior to starting the project.
All property owners are encouraged to consult this booklet when considering any improvement to their home or lot.
