Photo Release Form on-line

Photo Owner hereby grants Pine Mountain Lake Association (“Association”) a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license and right to use, reproduce and publish the Photo in connection with the Association’s marketing and operations, including without limitation at its website: (URL: http:/www.PineMountainLake.com) and in its monthly newspaper.  I acknowledge and agree that the Association may use the Photo for any lawful purpose and with or without my name. I further agree that Association may edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the Photo, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. Photo Owner retains the right to distribute the Photo as well as any copyright that might exist for the Photo.

Photo Owner warrants that it has the right to grant permission for the uses of the Photo as specified above, that the Photo does not infringe the rights of any third parties. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the Association from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I have or may have by reason of this authorization.
