At the September 23, 2023 Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved to publish and distribute a new DRAFT Short-term Rental Permit Policy Resolution for member review and feedback.
This resolution was prepared to address the increasing impacts to our community and will be brought to the Board for consideration of adoption at a future board meeting after members have had an opportunity to provide input.
Based on the feedback from the membership, the Board decided to form an ad hoc committee of members to work on further development of this policy. This committee was formed on November 18, 2023 and they have been diligently working on the policy since that time.
The STR Committee has an updated version of the draft policy and the Board has scheduled a town hall meeting on Saturday, June 8th to provide a status update on the work by the Committee and review the most current draft with the membership.
